Spitfire Chronograph Automatic or Fliegerchronograph Automatic Spitfire is a mechanical automatic using the IWC Caliber 79320 with integrated chronograph.
It has 44-hour autonomy, is shock resistant and antimagnetic according to NICHS 91-10 standards. This piece has 25 jewels. The functions include hour, minute, small seconds, day and date. It is equipped with a 3-counter chronograph.
This brushed 3-piece case comes in stainless steel with a diameter of 39mm and a thickness of 14.6mm. It has additional ductile iron inside of the curved case for magnetic field deviation with very thick sapphire crystal and is depressurization-resistant to 6atm (60m).
The screw-down crown with case protection pushers has engraved logo on its screwed on back. It has brushed steel bracelet with fold-over clasp with safety pusher or leather straps.
The opalin, soleil brushed dial comes with grained hour ring with luminescent Arabic numerals and baton markers in rhodium-plated brass. This is accompanied by luminescent lozenge hands also in rhodium-plated brass. There is also the Spitfire black dial or Classic black dial available.
The chronograph indications include day and date at 3 with hour counter at 6, small seconds at 9 and minute counter at 12. In addition, it has a center second counter and minute track with divisions of ¼ second
